Probation Period
Candidates who will be selected as Generalist Officer in BOM through BOM Recruitment 2022 will be on probation for 1 year. The selected candidates also have to sign a Service Bond of Rs. 02 Lakhs for a minimum service period of 2 years.

Candidates applying for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2022 should be aware of the BOM Selection Procedure. BOM Recruitment 2022 selection procedure for Generalist Officer consists of 2 stages i.e. Online CBT Exam and Interview. Candidates who clear the written exam will be called for an Interview. The total candidates called for Interviews will 4 times the number vacancy listed in BOM Recruitment 2022. The allocation of marks for online examination and Interviews is 150 & 100 respectively which will be converted into 60:40.
