Gujarat Corona update

The highest  people recovered in 24 hours in the country. This is the largest number of patients recovering in a single day. The number of recovering patients has now reached 1.7 million. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare gave this information on Thursday. At the same time, the mortality rate has improved. Which has come down from 2% to 1.96%.

The number of patients in the country increased by 67 thousand 66 on Wednesday. With this, the number of infected people has increased to more than 24 lakh. At the same time, 950 people have died due to the disease in the last 24 hours. The highest number of 12,712 patients in the country was once again reported in Maharashtra. In the meantime, more than 13,804 patients have lost their corona. The total number of patients in the state has now reached five and a half lakh
Corona update
The Union Health Ministry released the Corona figures on Thursday morning. Accordingly, 66 thousand 999 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 942 people have died. Along with this, 23 lakh 96 thousand 638 cases have been registered in the country. In which there are 6 lakh 53 thousand 622 active cases. At the same time 16 lakh 95 thousand 982 patients have been cured. At the same time, 47 thousand 33 people have died so far.

According to the Indian Council of Medical Research, 8 lakh 30 thousand 391 tests were conducted in the country on August 12. Also, 2 crore 68 lakh 688 samples have been tested so far.

Status of States

Madhya Pradesh: There are 88 labs for corona testing in the state, which are in every district. Labs of 10 government and 7 private medical colleges also have testing and treatment facilities. According to the health department, the target is to triple the number of ICU beds in the next one month. There are currently 9,317 active patients, the highest ever. However, the availability of a general bed, including oxygen, is only 22%, while the availability of an ICU bed is less than 30%.

According to the data released by the Vadodara Municipal Corporation, 107 more positive cases of corona have been reported in Vadodara city and district today. So far, the total number of positive cases has crossed 6,000 and reached 6005 and today the official death toll has risen to 115 with the death of one patient. A further 148 patients have been discharged from the hospital in Vadodara today. A total of 4686 patients have recovered so far. There are currently 1204 active cases, of which 152 patients are on oxygen and 57 patients are on ventilator and 995 patients are stable.

Another 14 positive cases have been reported in Mahisagar district today. In which 1 positive case has come up in Balasinor taluka, 9 in Lunawada taluka and 4 in Santrampur taluka.
